Early Registration
The early registration deadline is September 15.
Late Registration
1. The participation fees mentioned above are only congress registration fee, the accommodation fee is not included and belongs to the participant.
2. Face to face participants must pay a hotel entrance fee of 150 € in addition to the registration fee! Single day registration (not to accommodate in hotel) fee includes (between 09:00 and 18:00); a) attendance at scientific sessions of the day registered, b) daytime refreshments, c) badge, d) congress bag, e) congress documents and f) attendance certificate.
3. Participants who will not stay in the congress hotel (for each single-day registration) will pay 150 € per day for the all inclusive usage of the hotel (between 09:00 and 18:00, breakfast, lunch and all drinks) except for the registration fees stated in the above rate table.
